Candle is creamy wite with an plastic base... Single candle light with embossed candle drips and it works. The cord is original and working condition .I would have it checked out.. No fires Please. 

Embellished with a brown teddy bear and ornaments, silver tinsel and red round bulbs. 
Measures 12 inches high x 5 inches wide at the base.
